                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A
                   PROPOSAL FROM CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES,
                   INC. TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING SERVICES
                   RELATIVE TO THE DESIGN OF A DEMOLITION
                   LANDFILL SITE AT THE SUMMIT LANDFILL FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND, SEVEN
                   HUNDRED SEVENTY DOLLARS ($94,770.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       acceptance of a proposal from Consolidated Technologies, Inc. to
       provide engineering services relative to the design of a
       demolition landfill site at Summit Landfill for a consideration 
of
       $94,770.00.
